Diet 5:2: beth mae'r tystiolaeth yn ei ddangos
Dau ddiwrnod caeth iawn yr wythnos
Beth mae'r dystiolaeth yn ei chefnogi
Mae cymariaethau rhandom wedi canfod bod colled pwysau yn gyfwerth yn fras â chynhaliaeth galorïau parhaus dros 6-12 mis. [1]
Cyfwerth, nid gwell. Pa un sy'n gweithio yw cwestiwn am y person, nid y protocol.
Y canfyddiad y mae pobl yn ei golli
Ar draws y llenyddiaeth reoledig, mae protocolau ymprydio yn cynhyrchu colled pwysau sy'n gymharol â chyfyngiad egni parhaus o'r un graddfa. Pan fydd treial yn cyfateb i galorïau, mae'r arm ymprydio'n brin o ennill. Mae hyn yn cael ei adrodd yn gyson ac yn cael ei chyfathrebu'n gyson yn llai, oherwydd "mae'n gweithio tua mor dda â bwyta llai" yn benawd wael.
Mae'n dal i fod yn ganlyniad defnyddiol. I rai pobl, mae rheol am pryd i fwyta yn llawer haws i'w dilyn na rheol am faint, ac mae ymrwymiad yn y peth sy'n penderfynu canlyniadau dros flwyddyn.
Protocolau eraill
- Bwyta cyfyngedig 16:8 — bwyta o fewn 8 awr, ymprydio am 16
- Bwyta amser cyfyngedig cynnar — ffenestr wedi'i symud yn gynnar, e.e. 8yb-4yp
- Ymprydio ar ddiwrnodau cyfnewid — dyddiau bwyta a dyddiau ymprydio neu ddiwrnodau calorïau isel iawn
- Un pryd y dydd (OMAD) — achlysur bwyta unwaith y dydd
- Ymprydio hir (48 awr ac yn fwy) — amldydd, dŵr neu gymeriant lleiaf
A yw'r deiet 5:2 yn gweithio?
A yw'n well na bwyta llai yn unig?
A fyddaf yn colli cyhyrau?
Pwy sydd i'w osgoi?
