A conclusión que a xente perde
A través da literatura aleatorizada, os protocolos de xaxún producen perda de peso comparable á restrición continua de enerxía da mesma magnitude. Cando un ensaio iguala calorías, o brazo de xaxún raramente gaña. Isto é consistentemente informado e consistentemente subcomunicado, porque "funciona aproximadamente tan ben como comer menos" é un mal titular.
Segue sendo un resultado útil. Para algunhas persoas, unha regra sobre cando comer é moito máis fácil de seguir que unha regra sobre cantidade, e a adherencia é o que realmente determina os resultados ao longo dun ano.
