Bwyta dan gyfyngiadau amser a 16:8

Mae'r protocol ymprydio mwyaf poblogaidd yn cael y dystiolaeth reoledig lleiaf sy'n argyhoeddi. Mae hynny'n werth gwybod cyn i chi drefnu eich bywyd o'i gwmpas.

Y treial a leddrodd 16:8

Roedd y prawf glanach o fwyta cyfyngedig amser yn rhoi'r un cymeriant calorïau i'r ddau grŵp ac yn newid dim ond a oedd bwyta wedi'i gyfyngu i ffenestr [9]. Dros ddeuddeg mis, roedd colli pwysau yn debyg yn y ddau fraich. Oherwydd bod y calorïau wedi'u cyfateb, mae'r dyluniad yn isoláu'r ffenestr ei hun — ac ni chynorthwyodd y ffenestr lawer.

Mae hyn yn bwysig oherwydd nad yw'r rhan fwyaf o dreialon bwyta cyfyngedig amser cadarn yn rheoli'r cymeriant. Pan fyddwch yn dweud wrth bobl i fwyta dim ond rhwng 12pm a 8pm, maen nhw'n bwyta llai. Mae'r colli pwysau yn real; mae'r camgymeriad yn ei gysylltu â bioleg circadian yn hytrach na'r cymeriant llai.

Ble mae'n ennill ei le

Mae dwy dreial rhifedig mewn poblogaethau clinigol yn fwy gobeithiol. Mewn oedolion gyda syndrom metabolic, gwnaeth bwyta cyfyngedig amser wella canlyniadau yn erbyn gofal safonol [7]. Mewn oedolion gyda diabetes math 2, cynhyrchodd golli pwysau mewn cymhariaeth rhifedig [8]. Ac roedd treial sy'n cyfuno dull isel o garbohydrad gyda bwyta cyfyngedig amser yn adrodd newidiadau yn pwysau a microbiome y coluddyn [6].

Cafodd adolygiad systematig o fwyta cyfyngedig amser gyda ymarfer corff ganlyniadau gwell o ran cyfansoddiad corff a metabolig na phob un ar ei ben ei hun [2] — yn gyson â'r egwyddor gyffredinol bod yr hyn rydych yn ei wneud yn y ffenestr yn bwysicach na'r ffenestr.

Sut mae'r protocolau'n cymharu â'i gilydd

Nodau ymarferol

  • Gall ffenestri cynnar fod yn well na'r rhai hwyr. Gweler amser bwyta — dyma'r rhan o'r stori circadian sy'n dal i ddal.
  • Mae protein yn y cyfyngiad. Mae dwy fwyd yn gwneud cyrraedd targed protein yn anoddach na thri. Cynlluniwch hynny yn hytrach na gobeithio.
  • Nid yw coffi du, te a dŵr yn torri unrhyw beth perthnasol. Mae'r diffiniad metabolig o "torri ympryd" sy'n bwysig ar gyfer colli pwysau yn galorïau.
  • Peidiwch â chynyddu'r ffenestr i gymhwyso am ddiwrnod drwg. Nid yw ffenestri hwy wedi'u dangos i ychwanegu budd, ac mae cadw at hyn yn y cyfalaf yma.

Cwestiynau cyffredin

A yw 16:8 yn well na 14:10?
Cymharodd treial ar hap 16:8 â 14:10 a rheolydd ar bwysau a chanlyniadau metabolig, ac nid oedd y gwahaniaethau rhwng y ddwy ffenestr yn ddramatig. Mae'r diffyg yn bwysicach na'r oriau union.
Ydy hyd y ffenestr fwyta'n bwysig o gwbl?
Dim ond i'r graddau mae'n newid faint rydych chi'n ei fwyta. Ar galorïau cyfatebol, canfu treial y NEJM yn y bôn ddim effaith annibynnol [9].
Ddylwn i hepgor brecwast neu swper?
Mae'r dystiolaeth circadaidd yn ffafrio bwyta'n gynharach yn ysgafn, sy'n golygu hepgor swper yn hytrach na brecwast. Mae glynu fel arfer yn pwyntio i'r cyfeiriad arall. Gweler amseru prydau.
A yw'n ddiogel yn hir dymor?
Ar gyfer y rhan fwyaf o oedolion iach, ydy. Mae eithriadau ystyrlon — gweler diogelwch.
