Protokoll
Ajastatud söömine ja 16:8
Kõige populaarsemal paastuprotokollil on kõige tagasihoidlikumad kontrollitud tõendid.
Kus see end ära tasub
Kaks randomiseeritud uuringut kliinilistes populatsioonides on julgustavamad. Metaboolse sündroomiga täiskasvanutel parandas ajaliselt piiratud söömine tulemusi võrreldes standardraviga [7]. 2. tüübi diabeediga täiskasvanutel andis see randomiseeritud võrdluses kehakaalu langust [8].
See on kogu lugu ühes tabelis. Rohkem teemal 5:2 ja vahepäevapaastu.
Praktilised märkused
- Varasemad söömisaknad võivad olla parem valik kui hilisemad. Vaata söögiaegade ajastust — see on ööpäevarütmi loo osa, mis tõesti peab paika.
- Valk on piirav tegur. Kahe söögikorraga on valgueesmärgi täitmine raskem kui kolmega. Planeeri see, mitte looda õnne peale.
- Must kohv, tee ja vesi ei katkesta midagi olulist. Kehakaalu langetamise seisukohalt oluline "paastu katkestamise" metaboolne määratlus on kalorid.
Kas söömisakna pikkus on üldse oluline?
Kas jätta vahele hommikusöök või õhtusöök?
Kas see on pikas perspektiivis ohutu?
