Egun alternatiboetako gosea: zer erakusten duen frogek
Janaria eta gosea edo oso kaloria baxuko egun alternatiboak
Frogak zer babesten duen
Frogetan pisua galtzea eragiten du; konparazio handienek ez dute abantaila aurkitzen eguneroko murrizketaren gainean eta nabarmen gehiago irteten dira. [1]
Adherentzioa arazo errepikakorra da. Froga batean funtzionatzen duen protokolo bat bizitzan ez bada, ez da protokolo hobea.
Jendeak galtzen duen aurkikuntza
Literatura randomizatuan, fasting protokoloek pisua galtzea eragiten dute etengabeko energia murrizketarekin alderatuta, magnitude berekoarekin. Froga batek kaloriak parekatzen dituenean, gose aldea gutxitan irabazten du. Hori etengabe jakinarazten da eta etengabe komunikatzen da, "hobe da gutxiago jatea" izenburu txarra delako.
Oraindik emaitza erabilgarria da. Pertsona batzuentzat janaria noiz jan behar den arau bat jarraitzea askoz errazagoa da zenbat jan behar den arau bat jarraitzea baino, eta adherentzioa da benetan urtean zehar emaitzak zehazten dituena.
Beste protokolo batzuk
- 16:8 denbora-murrizketa — 8 orduan jan, 16 orduan gose
- Goizeko denbora-murrizketa — leiho goiztiarra, adibidez 8:00-16:00
- 5:2 dieta — asteko bi egun murriztutakoak
- Eguneko otordu bat (OMAD) — eguneko otordu bakarra
- Fasting luzatua (48 ordu eta aurrera) — egun batzuetako, ur edo gutxiko kontsumoa
Egun alternatiboetako gosea funtzionatzen al du?
Hobe al da gutxiago jatea baino?
Musculua galduko al dut?
Nor ez den hau saihestu behar?
